US Secretary of State Blinken to Northern Sweden for EU Meeting Commissioners and ministers from the EU and the US will meet in Luleå, Northern Sweden, at the end of May to discuss trade and technology. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will also visit the Northern Swedish city.
